WHAT'S NEXT: Boise State men's basketball plays its fifth ranked opponent of the season, Saturday at No. 22/21 Utah State. Tipoff is at 8 p.m. MT on FS1.

LAST TIME OUT: Boise State's offense struggled in the first half, and despite pulling the game within six points with under 14 minutes to play, it was unable to pick up a road win at Colorado State on Tuesday, 75-62. Tyson Degenhart scored 25 points for his seventh 20-point game of the season as the Rams were held to only four 3-pointers.

ANOTHER RANKED OPPONENT: Boise State is 3-1 against Top 25 opponents this season. San Diego State is the only other team in the conference to have three ranked wins this season. The Broncos have defeated No. 17/18 Colorado State, No. 24 San Diego State and No. 19/20 New Mexico with the lone loss coming to No. 18/20 Utah State.

CROWDED AT THE TOP: The Mountain West currently has a four-way tie for first place in the league. The quartet if Boise State, New Mexico, San Diego State and Utah State all have 7-3 records in conference play. The winner of Saturday's game will own a share of first place in the league.
