BOISE, Idaho – Boise State women's tennis swept College of Idaho 7-0, Friday evening at the Boas Indoor Tennis Center.

The Broncos (2-2) secured the early lead over the Coyotes (2-5) after pulling off two 6-0 victories on courts two and three. Lorelyz Marruffo and Nicole Discenza won the final doubles match, winning 6-2 on court one.

Boise State clinched the victory with dominant wins on courts four, five and six, only dropping one point between the six sets. Ana Conde Vendrell and Ryan Kershner both won 6-0, 6-0 on courts four and six, respectively, while Ella Piron secured the victory on court five 6-1, 6-0. Discenza, Ariadna Briones Ginesta and Marruffo rounded out the match with straight-set victories to complete the sweep.

What's Next
Boise State will return to action with a pair of home matches against Oregon and Minnesota. The Broncos will face the Ducks on Feb. 16 at noon MT and the Golden Gophers on Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. MT. Both matches will be held at the Boas Indoor Tennis Center.
