
Broncos Set for Mountain West Championship

WHAT'S NEXT: The Boise State women's golf team will compete in the Mountain West Championship, April 16-18, in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The Broncos will play one round each day at Mission Hills Country Club.
THE FIELD: Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, San José State, UNLV, Wyoming
LAST TIME ON THE LINKS: The Broncos tied for ninth at the Bobcat Desert Classic, tying the eighth-best score in school history at 880 (+16). Through two rounds, Boise State stood at 580 (+4), the sixth-lowest 36-hole score in program history. Hannah Lim fired a season-low 219 (+3) to tie for 22nd, while Teal Matsueda and Elli Gordon each carded a 71 during the tournament.
PREVIOUS MW CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCES: Last year, the Broncos tallied a program conference-championship record 884 (+20) to place sixth. Leia Chung finished 15th with a 218 (+2), the lowest conference championship score in school history. Hannah Lim opened the tournament with a 69, the lowest conference championship round in program history. In 2022, Franca Polla placed fifth to lead the Blue and Orange to a fourth-place team finish.
