Half of home schedule completely sold out; fans urged to get tickets as soon as possible for remaining three home games

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State officials announced Wednesday that the Broncos' first three home games for the 2024 football season have officially sold out.

Games against Portland State (Sept. 21), Washington State (Sept. 28) and Utah State (Oct. 5) are expected to continue to make Albertsons Stadium one of the toughest environments in which to play in college football. Only the verified ticket resale options as part of Boise State's Ticketmaster partnership provide authentic tickets for sale for the first three games.

Fans wishing to see the 2024 Broncos in person are encouraged to purchase tickets for the final three home games – San Diego State (Nov. 1), Nevada (Nov. 9) and Oregon State (Nov. 29) – as soon as possible to guarantee seats.

Boise State (1-1) makes its home debut this weekend when Portland State (0-2) visits The Blue turf of Lyle Smith Field at Albertsons Stadium. Last week The Blue reached the 38th anniversary of its worldwide debut.

Fans attending the home opener will be among the first to take advantage of new signature concessions items including a Mountain Burger with Double R Brisket, Smoky Mountain Wings, Double R Brisket Dog, Smokehouse Loaded Nachos and Rancher Style BBQ Philly sandwich. A fan favorite from last season, Loaded Hammer Mac & Cheese, will continue to be offered.

Bronco Nation will also see the return of many fan favorites including mini donuts, pizza cones and Blue 32 BBQ, which will be available at designated stands. Other featured concessions items include gyros from Meraki Greek Street Food , Mexican burritos and tacos from La Tapatia, Boise Best Kettle Korn, Idaho Nut Hut and traditional stadium fare like Double R Ranch all beef hot dogs and hamburgers, nachos, pretzels, popcorn and candy.

Several new experiences are available to make the most of gameday at Albertsons Stadium that range from behind-the-scenes tours to watch Bronco players and coaches fist bump the Lyle Smith stature during Bronco Walk and several more. Back again are the Ford Tailgate Zone on DeChevrieux Field, the Keith and Catherine Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band, Blitz, Bronco Girl and the Bronco Walk. The Ford Fan Zone located on the Hall of Fame Plaza and inside DeChevrieux Field is free to everyone and includes an area for kids to play, including the yard games corn hole and spike ball, food trucks, hassle-free tailgating, photo stations with Bronco themed-backdrops, and more. Fans can also reserve their own private tailgate location now by visiting Boise State Tailgate.

Led by Spencer Danielson in his first full season, Boise State looks to become the first Mountain West program to win back-to-back championships since San Diego State did so in 2015-16. Achieving such a feat will put Boise State in the discussion for the new, expanded, 12-team College Football Playoff format beginning this fall. Last year, Danielson became the first coach in college football history to win a conference championship with an interim title.
