BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State men's tennis team released its 2026 spring schedule, head coach Luke Shields announced, Monday.

The defending Mountain West regular-season champions will host 15 home matches between the BOAS Indoor Tennis Center and Appleton Tennis Center, and will also host a five-team tournament at the Boise Racquet and Swim Club.

Kicking off the season in Arizona, Boise State will travel to Tempe to compete in the Arizona State Hidden Duals, Jan. 9-11.

The Broncos will then return home for their lone home match of the month, a marquee matchup against Princeton, which finished the 2025 season ranked No. 35 nationally. The match is scheduled for Jan. 17 at 3 p.m. MT at the BOAS Indoor Tennis Center.

To conclude the month, Boise State will travel to Fort Worth, Texas, for the ITA Kickoff Weekend. The team will face Georgia, which finished the 2025 spring season ranked No. 27, on Jan. 24, and then either TCU or Tulsa on Jan. 25. With two consecutive wins, the Broncos can qualify for the ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Dallas or Waco, Texas, Feb. 13-17.

Boise State returns home for four consecutive matches Feb. 6-7. The Broncos will host George Fox and Idaho on Feb. 6, and Linfield and Idaho on Feb. 7. If qualified, the team would then compete in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships the following week.

If the Broncos are not competing at nationals, they will instead host Wichita State on Feb. 13 and Denver on Feb. 15 before traveling to Phoenix for matches against Grand Canyon and Lipscomb on Feb. 21.

Remaining in Arizona, the team will head back to Tempe for the Arizona State Diablo Collegiate Invitational, Feb. 27-28, a tournament featuring Arizona, Arizona State, Michigan State, Oregon, Tulane and UC Santa Barbara.

To open March, the Broncos will welcome BYU, Gonzaga, Montana, Idaho and Idaho State for the Boise State Spring Invitational, March 6-7 at the Boise Racquet and Swim Club.

Six consecutive home matches follow the tournament, with Cal Poly and Montana State on March 13, and Santa Clara and DePaul on March 14. The Broncos resume conference play against Nevada on March 20 and close out their homestand against UC Irvine on March 22.

Boise State's first conference road match will be at Air Force on March 27 in USAFA, Colorado. The team will then travel to Albuquerque, New Mexico, on March 29 to face defending MW Tournament Champions New Mexico.

April brings the final three regular-season matches, beginning at home against San Diego State on April 4, followed by a road match at Utah State on April 11 in Logan, Utah. Boise State concludes the regular season at home against UNLV on April 18.

The 2026 Mountain West Championship is scheduled for April 23-25 in Las Vegas. If the team qualifies, the NCAA Championships will be held in Athens, Georgia, May 14-17.
