Dear Bronco Nation,
We're off to another exciting season of Boise State men's basketball, with big home wins and an atmosphere that keeps getting better. We appreciate each of you and your support of our Broncos in creating the gameday environment in ExtraMile Arena. As we prepare to enter the Pac-12 Conference, we're taking an important step to strengthen our home-court advantage, elevate the fan experience, and honor the supporters who make it all possible.
What's Happening
Beginning with the 2026–27 season, Boise State Athletics will implement a full reseating of ExtraMile Arena for men's basketball and launch a new, high-energy courtside fan section. The BAA will also reallocate men's basketball parking to maximize convenience and get fans as close to the arena as possible.
What is Reseating?
Reseating is a periodic refresh of all season-ticket locations. Every season ticket holder selects new seats using a transparent priority system that rewards loyalty and ensures fairness while allowing us to realign the arena for the future of Boise State basketball.
Why Now
Demand and expectations have never been higher. We've sold out season tickets two straight years, reached four consecutive postseasons, and now join one of the nation's top basketball conferences. This is the right time to modernize ExtraMile Arena and position our program for long-term success.

Introducing: Our New Blue Chaos Fan SectionÂ
(Official Name to be Voted on You!)Â
Inspired by elite NBA game environments and our own Section TwHELLve, this new high-intensity fan section will be positioned courtside in P11–P13 (with P12 expansion based on demand). It will be a centerpiece of the reseat, designed for our most passionate, loud, and Blue Collar fans.

What This Means For You
Your loyalty – and your support – will be reflected in the seat selection order. All season ticket holders, BAA members, and Lyle Smith Society members will select seats by priority and will receive full details well in advance.
Key points:
- No fan will lose their status as a season ticket holder. However, it is not guaranteed that each fan will retain their current seating location
- Group-specific policies and pricing (Courtside, Blue Chaos, Lifetime Seating, General Bowl) will be shared in December 2025
- The student section and location of the Blue Thunder Marching Band will not be affected at this time
- Philanthropic giving will help secure high-demand seats but is not required to remain a season ticket holder
- A BAA fan advisory committee has helped ensure the process is fair and equitable
