BOISE, Idaho – Boise State saw two athletes enter the program record book as the team finished competition in Seattle, Washington and Lubbock, Texas, Saturday afternoon.
 
Landon Helms led the way  at the Stan Scott Invitational in Lubbock, tying for third in program history with a pole vault of 16 feet, 9.25 inches. He also scored 5394 points in the men's heptathlon, marking the second-highest total in Boise State history. 
 
Also in Texas, Yasmin Marghini took first in the women's mile, running a personal best time of 4:49.19.
 
At the UW Invitational, Tom Patrick set two personal bests, while Alex Thompson and Tom Graham-Marr each won their  respective heats in the men's mile. Graham-Marr's time of 4:02.16 is the fifth-fastest indoor mile time in program history, earning him a top-15 finish.
 
Notables
  • Boise State recorded 15 personal bests across the two meets.
  • The Broncos earned five top-three finishes.
  • Landon Helms recorded the third-highest pole vault mark and second-highest heptathlon score in Boise State history.
