USAFA, Colo. – Emily Lopez and Kristina Shchennikova earned event titles as Boise State cruised to a first-place victory over Air Force and Greenville, Sunday afternoon.

The Broncos put up a season-high overall score of 195.975 to defeat the Falcons (194.775) and the Panthers (191.175).

Not only does this mark the first-career beam title for Shchennikova, but also her first collegiate beam performance. Lopez picked up her ninth-career vault title as well.

The Broncos started the first rotation strong, posting a season-high 49.175 on bars. All six Broncos scored above a 9.800 and Boise State was led by Carly Buell and Lopez, both of who scored a 9.850 on the apparatus.

Shchennikova paved the way for the Broncos on beam, scoring a 9.900 on the event. She was followed by Lopez and Alyssa Vulaj, who scored 9.875. Boise State notched another season-high score of 49.150.
