BOISE, Idaho – Boise State was held to two hits in a 5-0 loss to Nevada, Saturday.
 
The Broncos (22-10, 1-4 Mountain West) and Wolf Pack (22-8, 1-1) have split a pair of games and will decide their three-game series, Sunday. First pitch is scheduled for noon.
 
Boise State committed two errors in the second inning that led to three unearned runs for Nevada. The Wolf Pack added two runs in the seventh.
 
Two of the three runs in the second were charged to starter Brook Thompson (7-3). Julianne Rose logged 5 2/3 innings of relief and gave up three runs, two earned.
 
NOTES
*Sophia Knight singled in the first inning to extend her hitting streak to 34 games, tied for sixth-longest in NCAA Division I history.
*Knight has reached base in a school-record 46 games.
*Freshman Julianne Rose's 5 2/3 innings marked the longest outing of her career.
*Rose struck out a season/career-high four.
