Kurata and Seifert Named to MW Championship All-Tournament Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Boise State's doubles team of Taiyo Kurata and Julius Seifert has been named to the 2025 Mountain West Men's Tennis Championship All-Tournament Team for their performance at last week's tournament in Las Vegas.
The Bronco tandem was named all-tournament at the No. 2 doubles position after going 1-0 with one match unfinished. The duo was leading against Nevada in the opener before it was abandoned, then recorded the lone victory for Boise State in the MW Championship match, winning 6-4.
Kurata and Seifert enter the NCAA Championship with an overall mark of 9-4 at the No. 2 position. They won seven of their last nine contests heading into Friday's NCAA opener at 11th-ranked Cal.Â
