Boise State Secures 2-1 Victory at Utah Tech

St. George, Utah – Asia Lawyer and Kenzie MacMillan each scored a goal to lead Boise State to a 2-1 victory over Utah Tech, Sunday.
In the 25th minute, Lawyer received an entry pass from the right side of the box and finished for her first goal of the season and second of her career. MacMillan and freshman midfielder Madie Donovan provided the assists.
MacMillan extended the Boise State (1-0-2) lead to 2-0 as she converted on a penalty kick in the 63rd minute.
Utah Tech cut its deficit in half a minute later, but the Broncos defense kept the Trailblazers off the board the rest of the way to close out the win.
