Quotables
Shawn Garus, head coach- "I thought our team played really well. I love how we took the court aggressively and executed some of the things we worked on in practice. It was really great to get a sweep to start the homestand."
- "Eliza (Sharp) did a nice job today of moving around a little bit more offensively. She slipped some slides in during the first set, which is something we worked on in practice. Her blocking continues to get better and better. I liked her reads and the way she showed some maturity out there."
- "I think the freshmen did a really nice job today. Both Sydney (Dreves) and Giselle (Paedon) took some good swings and had big moments for us, loved seeing them back in there. They played some big roles out there tonight, it shows the hard work in practice is paying off."
