BOISE, Idaho – Boise State men's golf has signed Dylan Rodgers, head coach David Trainor announced on Wednesday.

A native of Meridian, Idaho, Rodgers joins the Broncos after spending three seasons (2023-26) at Bellevue (Nebraska) University. He competed in 36 tournaments during his tenure with the Bruins.

"I couldn't be more thrilled to add Dylan to our program for the upcoming academic year," Trainor said. "Dylan is the definition of a late bloomer, and was unheralded coming out of high school. He's continually gotten better, and he's not afraid to shoot low scores, put pressure on the golf course, and chase down competition. He's going to be a major asset to our team this upcoming year."

Competing in all 11 events in his junior campaign last season, Rodgers played 30 rounds of golf and ranked second on the team in scoring average (74.6). He shot par or better a team-leading 10 times and posted three top-10 finishes, good for second on the team.

Following an impressive 2025-26 season, Rodgers garnered first team All-Frontier Conference honors, along with the Frontier Conference Champion of Character award. He was a three-time Frontier Conference Golfer of the Week honoree, earning the distinction in back-to-back weeks in the fall (Sept. 3 & 10) and once in the spring (April 14).

Across his first two seasons at Bellevue, Rodgers took home first-team All-NSAA (Nebraska School Activities Association) honors twice. He helped the Bruins capture a conference title as a sophomore (2024-25) with a second-place finish in the NSAA Championship, and was named NSAA Golfer of the Week twice in the two years.

In addition to his collegiate success, Rodgers has played well in events hosted by the Idaho Golf Association. He placed third in the 2025 Idaho Men's Amateur Championship and was a semifinalist in the 2026 Match Play Championship.

A graduate of Meridian High School, Rodgers concluded his prep career with a 73.1 scoring average and a 2.6 handicap. He was named to the all-academic team in each of his four years in high school.
