BOISE, Idaho – Boise State soccer freshman Campbell Wilson earned Pac-12 Newcomer of the Week honors, the conference announced Tuesday.

Wilson earned the distinction following Boise State's 3-1 victory over Idaho State on Aug. 30. The freshman recorded one goal and two assists for four points, including the match-winning goal.

Wilson's four points and two assists were both the most among Pac-12 freshmen this week. She also leads the conference in assists (4) and assists per match (0.8).

The honor marks the second of Wilson's career and the second Pac-12 weekly honor earned by a Boise State player this season.

Boise State soccer returns to its home pitch Thursday, Sept. 3, to host UC San Diego. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. MT, with the match streaming live on Pac-12 YouTube.
