HILLSBORO, Ore. – Boise State soccer posted a dominant 4-0 road victory over Portland State, Sunday afternoon.

The Broncos (6-1-1) earned their sixth win of the season with four different goal scorers, while the Vikings (1-7) suffered another loss on their home pitch.

Asia Lawyer opened the scoring in the 11th minute. The sequence began with a free kick from goalkeeper Ava de Leest, and Lawyer dove into the box to head the ball into the back of the net.

Olivia Collins doubled Boise State's lead in the 23rd minute, converting a penalty kick into the bottom-right corner of the net.

In the 29th minute, Mia Lane received a pass from Jillian Anderson in open space and fired a shot into the bottom-left corner of the goal to give the Broncos a 3-0 advantage heading into halftime. De Leest recorded two saves in the opening 45 minutes.

Anderson added to Boise State's lead in the second half, scoring from 30 yards out with a shot into the top-center of the goal.

De Leest finished the match with three saves, while Jordan Perry added another save for the Broncos. Boise State outshot the Vikings 22-6 and cruised to a 4-0 victory.

The Broncos collected their fourth-consecutive win.
Boise State has allowed just four goals through its first eight matches, tying for the fewest goals allowed through eight matches in program history. The Broncos also have allowed the fewest goals in the Pac-12.
The Broncos recorded their fifth shutout of the season, tying Utah State for the most in the Pac-12.
Boise State had four different goal scorers (Asia Lawyer, Olivia Collins, Mia Lane and Jillian Anderson) in a single match for the second time this season. The Broncos also achieved the feat at Weber State on Aug. 16.
The Broncos went 2-0 on the weekend, including a 2-0 win over Cal State Bakersfield on Sept. 10.
