2015-16: INDOOR – Focused on primarily the 60m hurdles in the indoor season while competing in five different meets…was 10th in the preliminaries of the 60m hurdles at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships with a season-best time of 8.50…finished sixth in the 60m hurdles at the Ed Jacoby Invite (8.80)…ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished seventh at the Bronco Invite after crossing the line in 3:30.60…took fifth with a 8.65 in the 60m hurdles at the Jacksons/NB Invitational…ran an 8.73 in the 60m hurdles at the Boise State Challenge...OUTDOOR – Shifted his focus to the 110m hurdles, running in five different meets…concluded the season by finishing in seventh at the conference championships, running a season-best time of 15.07 to pick up two points…was 11th at the Border Clash, running a wind-aided 15.18…would have secured his career-best time (15.03) at the Sun Angel Classic, but the excess wind negated the time…started the year at the Stanford Invitational (15.49).

2014-15: INDOOR – Continued competing as a multi-athlete for the Broncos…began the indoor season by competing in three events at the Jacksons Open, with his best coming in the 60m hurdles where he placed seventh after recording a 9.05…competed in the heptathlon at the Ed Jacoby Invite, earning 4,415 points for fourth place…participated in three events at the Bronco Invite with his best performance coming in the 60m hurdles when he finished in 8.53 seconds for third place…continued to improve in the hurdles the following weekend, running a 8.41 for second place and the fastest time of his career…cleared 14-7.25 in the pole vault to take sixth and ran an 8.48 in the 60m hurdles for fourth at the Boise State Challenge…took 11th at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships with 4,617 points…OUTDOOR – Specialized in the 110m hurdles in the outdoor season…clocked a 15:36 at the Stanford Invitational for 15th…improved on that mark at the Sun Angel Classic with a 15:32 for ninth…recorded a wind-aided 15.29 at the Border Clash for seventh…took ninth at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a 15.30.

2013-14: INDOOR – Was one of two Boise State athletes who competed in the heptathlon during the indoor season…recorded his best heptathlon finish of the year at the Ed Jacoby Invite and scored a 4,490, placing sixth…other heptathlon finish came at the MW Championships where he took eighth and scored a 4,456…took part in the 60m hurdles at the Jacksons Invite and recorded the best time of his career (8.50) with a ninth-place finish…qualified for the finals at the Bronco Invite and the BSU Team Challenge, placed eighth (8.68) at the Invite and seventh at the Challenge with a 8.80…he peaked in the long jump and the high jump at the end of the year, recorded a 20-5.75 (6.24m) in the long jump at the MW Championships and notched a 5-8 (1.73m); both events came in the heptathlon…best finish in the pole vault during the year came at the Bronco Invite (13-3.50 / 4.05m)…best finish in the 1,000m came in his first meet of the year, the Ed Jacoby Invite (2:56.77)…peaked in the shot put at the Bronco Invite, recorded a season-best throw of 34-11.75 (10.66m)…OUTDOOR – competed in the decathlon, and participated in other events (shot put, javelin, 110m hurdles and discus) to develop himself as a multi-athlete over the course of the outdoor season…his only decathlon finish of the year came at the MW Championships where he finished sixth and scored a 5,379. His best event in the decathlon at the MW Championships was the 110m hurdles where he placed 2nd and ran a 15.18a…best time in the 110m hurdles came at the Border Clash when he took fifth and ran a 15.05…best throw in the shot put came at the Border Clash as well, where he threw a 38-3.50 (11.67m) and placed ninth…also peaked with the javelin at the Border Clash and threw a 138-9 (42.30m)…

2012-13: INDOOR/OUTDOOR -

HIGH SCHOOL - Competed in the hurdles and relays for Bend High School...had bests of 14.69 in the 110m hurdles and 40.34 in the 300m hurdles...placed third at the 2011 and 2012 Oregon 5A State Championships in the 110m hurdles...named BHS Most Outstanding Sprinter...also played football for BHS...named second team all-league defensive back as a senior.
