2019-20: INDOOR – Did not compete…OUTDOOR – Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
2018-19: INDOOR – Did not compete . . . OUTDOOR – Redshirt season.
2017-18: INDOOR – Did not compete . . . OUTDOOR – Had a breakthrough sophomore season, competing in the javelin at six meets . . . qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Championship, but was unable to compete due to an injury . . . set a personal best of 151-3 (46.11m) at the Border Clash, taking second (April 27-28) . . . threw 131-10 (40.19m) in the preliminary flights of the Mountain West Championships (May 9-12) . . . took fifth at the Sun Angel Classic (April 5-7) with a throw of 138-8 (42.26m) . . . also appeared at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 19-20) . . . opened the season with a pair of victories at the NNU Open (March 24) and San Francisco State Distance Carnival (March 30-31).
2016-17: INDOOR – Did not compete…OUTDOOR – Specialized in the javelin in her first season as a Bronco…made an immediate impact at the conference meet in scoring three points courtesy of a sixth-place finish (125-8 / 38.31m)…was second at the Border Clash and PR’d with a 137-9 (42.00m)…went 109-0 (33.22m) at the Bryan Clay Invitational…logged a pair of top-20 finishes at the Sun Angel Classic (19th – 124-4 / 37.89m) and the Stanford Invitational (11th – 111-10 / 34.09m)
A javelin thrower, Stiles comes to Boise with an extensive career as a prep from Colbert, Wash., at Mt. Spokane High School. She excelled at the Washington 2A, 3A, 4A State Championship meet, taking fourth place thanks to a career-best throw of 131-2. Stiles captured 10 javelin titles over the course of her senior campaign.
