2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three races…made his season debut at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30), finishing within the top 20…notched a top-15 finish at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 11), earning USTFCCCA all-region honors…INDOOR: Made his season debut at the Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener (Dec. 3), running the fifth-fastest time in program history in the 5,000-meter race (13:48.29)...finished seventh among 73 runners in the field of the 3,000m at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 13-14)...recorded a top-five finish at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27-28) in the 3,000m…garnered a bronze medal in the 3,000m race at the Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-25), earning All-Mountain West honors…OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15), notching a top-10 finish.

Joins the Broncos after graduating from Parkrose HS in Portland, Ore...won the cross country 5A-Northwest Oregon Conference (NOC) in 2018-19...placed third at the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) state meet in 2018-19...won the 5A-NOC title in the 800-meter and 1,500m his sophomore year...finished seventh in the 800m at OSAA state meet and third in the 1500m in 2017...won the 2018 800m and 3,000m NOC district title...placed second in the 800m and third in the 3,000m at the OSAA state meet.
