PREP: Most recently, Annie Bothma took 48th place at the 2015 World Cross Country Championships with a 29:29. She also earned a silver medal at the South Africa Cross Country Championships that same year. In 2013 she won a gold medal in the 10,000m at the South Africa Junior Girls Championships, a year in which she won three other medals in various national South African races. Internationally, she also logged an appearance in 2013 on the South African team at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Poland.
