HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
After taking fourth at the Washington 3A Cross Country Championships, Franco grabbed an 11th-place finish at the NXR Northwest Championships and saw his season culminate with a 31st-place performance at Nike Cross Nationals, running a 15:46.7 on the 5,000m course . . . The Kennewick, Wash., native also enjoyed a solid track career, recording his 3,200m PR (9:26.52) at the Arcadia Invitational (April 7, 2017) and later claiming 10th in the event at the state championships as a junior . . .
