2019-20: INDOOR – Recorded a second-place finish in the triple jump at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 24-25)…finished 11th in the triple at the Texas Tech Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) with an 11.63m leap…on day one of the Jackson’s Nike Boise Indoor Meet (Feb. 7-8) she set a new personal best of 5.66m in the long jump en route to a second-place finish...on day two she won the triple jump with an effort of 11.90m…set a PR in the long jump for the second-straight meet at the Boise State Challenge (Feb. 14-15) finishing second, jumping to 5.69m…competed in the in the long and triple jump at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29) finished 16th in the long jump and ninth in the triple jump…OUTDOOR – Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
2018-19: INDOOR- Joined the Broncos in January as a mid-year signee from Perth, Australia. Debuted at the Bronco Invitational, winning the triple jump with a mark of 39-0.5 (11.90m), a mark that debuted her at third on the Mountain West performance list (Jan. 12) . . . Competed in both the triple jump and long jump at the Ed Jacoby Invitational and Multis, with her best finish being a third-place effort in the triple jump (Jan. 18-19) . . . Competed in both the long jump (4.96m / 16-3.25) and triple jump (11.93m / 39-1.75) at the New Mexico Team Invite, setting a new collegiate best in the triple jump (Jan. 26) . . . Took home the victory in the triple jump (38-8.75 / 11.80m) at the Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor Invite (Feb. 1-2) . . . Took third (38-02.00 / 11.63m) and fourth (18-00.50 / 5.50m) in the triple jump and long jump at the Bronco Challenge, with her long jump marking setting a new personal best (Feb. 9) . . . PRIOR CAREER
Abi Dargan will join Boise State as a horizontal jumper. She set her personal best of 12.28m in the triple jump at the Sydney Australian U20 Championships in March of that year. This year, she posted a new personal best in the long jump in January, jumping 5.57m at the Perth Western Australia Championship to take sixth.
