2014-15: INDOOR – Helped the DMR team to a fourth-place finish at the Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships (10:08.93)…competed at the Jacksons Open and took fourth in the 500m (1:07.20) and was a key member of the 4x400m relay team that placed second…clocked a 52.17 at the Ed Jacoby Invite in the 400m…the Jacksons/NB Invite saw him win the 4x400m relay title after he and his team recorded a 3:16.07…won another 4x400m relay with his teammates at the Boise State Challenge (3:18.87), also took 13th in the 400m with a 50.56…OUTDOOR – Just shy of an All-MW honor in the 400m hurdles after running a 53.76 to earn fourth place…Two top-10 finishes in the 400m hurdles at the Stanford Invitational (9th – 53.75) and at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (3rd – 53.44)…was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won at the Sun Angel Classic after recording a 3:11.69…cleaned up at the Border Clash after earning third place (41.27) with the 4x100m relay team and clinching a top-10 finish in the 400m hurdles (52.86 – 9th).
2013-14: INDOOR – Opened the season at the Jacksons/NB Open, helping the 4x400m relay team to a second-place finish (3:24.18) while also taking fourth in the 400m (49.33)…logged an 11th-place finish in the 200m and a ninth-place finish in the 400m at the Jacksons/NB Invite, also aided the 4x400m relay team in crossing the line fourth (3:25.67)…OUTDOOR – Took part in the 400m hurdles at the Sun Angel Track Classic and recorded a 53.99.
2012-13: INDOOR - Ran the 60m, 200m, 400m and 60m hurdles...best of 7.11 to place sixth in the Bronco Invite 60m...best of 22.04 to place ninth in the Mountain West (MW) 200m...second in the Bronco Classic 400m (49.08) and Boise State Team Challenge 400m (49.24)...fourth in the MW 400m (48.74)...12th in the MW 60m hurdles in a season-best 8.35...OUTDOOR - Ran the 100m and 400m hurdles...ran the Wildcat Invite 100m in 10.99w (altitude adjusted)...second in the Idaho-Utah Border Clash (52.93) 400m hurdles...ninth in the Mt. SAC 400m hurdles (52.81)...ran 52.56 to place fourth in the MW 400m hurdles...member of the Idaho-Utah Border Clash 4x100m champion team (40.90) member of the school record 4x400m relay (3:09.83) that won the Mt. SAC Relays...MW Champion in the 4x400m relay (3:12.44)...member of the third-place MW 4x100m relay (40.82)...All-MW in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay...NCAA Preliminary Round qualifier in the 400m hurdles (22nd; 52.87) and 4x400m relay (18th; 3:10.97).
2011-12: INDOOR - Ran the 60m, 200m and 400m...ran a best of 7.19 in the 60m prelims of the Blue and Orange meet...also ran the 60m at the Bronco Classic...had a season-best 22.34 to place sixth in the Blue and Orange 200m...raced in the prelims of the 200m at the MW Championships...ran a season-best 50.36 in the 400m at the Bronco Invite...a member of the fourth-place MW distance medley relay...OUTDOOR - Ran the 100m and 400m hurdles...ran the 100m in two meets...placed sixth at the All-Idaho Cup in the 100m...ran a best of 11.05w in the 100m at the UTEP Invite...ran the intermediate hurdles in four meets...second at the All-Idaho Cup in the 400m hurdles...ran a season-best 53.34 in the Robison Invite 400m hurdle finals...placed fifth in the MW 400m hurdles finals...a member of the fifth-place MW 4x100m relay.
