2013-14: INDOOR - REDSHIRT, Did not compete...OUTDOOR - participated in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Sun Angel Classic and placed third with a 9:40.00...took seventh in the 5,000m at the BYU Robison Invitational with a 15:52.00...won the 3,000m steeplechase in a time of 9:47.87 at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash.

EVERETT COMMUNITY COLLEGE - Ran cross country and track and field at ECC...crowned the Northwest Athletic Association for Community Colleges (NWAACC) 2013 Northern Region Cross Country Champion...placed seventh at the 2013 NWAACC Championships...best time of 24:54 over an 8-kilometer course...placed seventh in the steeplechase and 13th in the 5000m at the NWAACC Track and Field championships as a freshman...ran bests of 9:55.08 in the 3000m steeplechase and 15:42.70 in the 5000m.

HIGH SCHOOL - Ran cross country and track for Auburn Riverside High School...13th at the 2011 West Central District Championships in the 3200m...had a cross country 5-kilometer best of 15:52.5...ran bests of 4:37.23 in the 1600m, 9:46.89 in the 3200m and 9:56.30 in the steeplechase.
