Three-year letterwinner for head coach Tony Eierman...captured back-to-back MHSAA State Championships at 182 pounds as a sophomore and junior, then did not wrestle during his senior season...was a perfect 41-0 as a junior, and went 34-2 as a sophomore...finished fifth at state as a freshman, going 47-7...also a four-year letterwinner in football, capturing all-state honors as a senior playing both linebacker and running back...rushed for more than 1,800 yards in his final prep campaign.
