Fall Season Continues in Tacoma

Heading out on the road, the Boise State women’s golf team will hit the course Oct. 15,16 at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational in Tacoma, Wash.
BOISE, Idaho – Heading out on the road, the Boise State women's golf team will hit the course, Oct. 15-16, at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational in Tacoma, Wash.
LAST TIME OUT:Â Two weeks ago, the Boise State women's golf team finished in a tie for third place at the Rose City Collegiate. The Broncos finished to tie with Northern Colorado, and were only four strokes behind Portland State, who won the team title.
Boise State shot 898 (292-296-310, +34), and placed all four scorers in the top 25 and two in the top 10. Alejandra Lobelo and Nicole Suppelsa tied for sixth with a score of 223 (+7). Lexi Perry finished in a tie for 13th, with a score of 225 (75-73-77, +9) and got her fifth top 25 finish of her career. Tara Finigan finished in a tie for 21st, with a score of 76-72-81 (229, +13).
SCHEDULE:Â For the two-day tournament, 54 holes will be played. The tournament will start at 9 a.m. MT on Monday Oct. 15th, playing 36 holes. The remaining 18 holes will be played Tuesday starting at 9 a.m. MT.
THE COURSE:Â The tournament will take place at the Tacoma Country and Golf Club. The course will play at 6,086 yards, par-72 for the tournament.
THE FIELD:Â Boise State, Boston College, Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Northridge, Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Houston Baptist, Idaho State, Montana, Montana State, North Dakota State, Santa Clara, Seattle, South Dakota, Washington, Weber State (18).
