BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State football team, ranked No. 17 in both the Associated Press and Amway Coaches Polls this week, will travel to Stillwater, Okla., to square off against No. 24/19 Oklahoma State in the Broncos' first regular-season match-up against a school from the Big 12, Saturday (Sept. 15).

Kickoff is slated for 1:30 p.m. MT, at Boone Pickens Stadium, and the game will be nationally televised on ESPN.

THE SERIES: This will be the first game played between Boise State and Oklahoma State. The Cowboys are scheduled to conclude the home-andhome agreement with the Broncos on Sept. 18, 2021.

VS. THE BIG 12: Saturday's game against Oklahoma State will be the Broncos' first regular-season match-up against a school from the Big 12. The Broncos are 2-1 against the league, with each game coming in a postseason bowl. Boise State defeated Iowa State in the 2002 Humanitarian Bowl (34-16; Dec. 31) and Oklahoma in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl (43-42, OT; Jan. 1), before falling to Baylor in the 2016 Cactus Bowl (31-12; Dec. 27).

RANKED OPPONENT: Boise State is 13-16 all-time against ranked opponents, though has won three of its last four such contests. Since notching its first win over a top-25 opponent – 35-30 victory on the road at Fresno State in 2001 – Boise State is 13-12. The Broncos are 3-11 all-time when playing a road game against a ranked team, but won its last such match-up, a 31-14 victory at San Diego State last season.

BOTH RANKED TEAMS: Saturday's game is one of only three nationally this week featuring a pair of teams ranked in the AP Poll. The other two are LSU (12) at Auburn (7), and Ohio State (4) at TCU (15).

The last Bronco game featuring a pair of ranked teams came in the 2014 Fiesta Bowl, when 20th-ranked Boise State defeated 10th-ranked Arizona, 38-30. Boise State has been involved in 15 such match-ups since its first in 2003 – a 34-31 win over TCU in the Fort Worth Bowl – going 9-6.

GOING FOR WIN NO. 200 SINCE 2000: Boise State enters Saturday's game in Stillwater with 199 wins since the start of the 2000 season. The Broncos, the winningest team in college football since 2000, with 199 wins, are two ahead of Oklahoma (197 entering this weekend) and four ahead of Ohio State (195 entering this weekend).

ON THE ROAD AT AUTONOMOUS FIVE PROGRAMS: Heading into Saturday's contest at Oklahoma State, Boise State owns a record of 3-14 in true road games at Autonomous Five programs. The Broncos have won two of their last three such road games, defeating Virginia, 56-14, on Sept. 25, 2015, and beating Oregon State, 38-24, on Sept. 24, 2016. Boise State's first true road win over an Autonomous Five program came with a 37-32 decision at Oregon on Sept. 20, 2008.

A HISTORIC NIGHT FOR OFFENSE: Boise State's 818 yards of total offense Saturday against UConn not only set the program's single-game record, it blew away the previous best of 742 yards set in 2011 against Colorado State.

The Broncos racked up 514 yards of offense by halftime, and even tied the singlegame Mountain West record of 822 yards with just over a minute left in the contest before taking a knee twice to drop down to 818 yards at the final gun.

Boise State's output included 400 rushing yards, the sixth-highest single-game total in program history, as well as a per-carry rushing average of 8.88 yards, the program's fourth-highest single-game mark
