MEET INFORMATION
The No. 11 Boise State gymnastics team (11-1, 5-0 MRGC) will host its final home meet of the season Thursday at 7 p.m. in Taco Bell Arena against No. 16 BYU (7-4, 2-2 MRGC). The meet will be an "orange out" for senior night.

SENIOR NIGHT
The Blue and Orange will honor its three seniors after the awards ceremony at the end of the meet. Sarah Means, Shani Remme and Alex Esmerian have helped the Broncos to a 61-14 record (.813) in the last-four seasons, which includes three conference championships and three NCAA regional appearances along with only one conference loss and 26 wins. The seniors helped their team to both the No. 1 team beam score (49.550) and the No. 6 team bars score (49.475) in program history this year and the No. 1 team score (197.675) in 2017.
Remme possesses the most career all-around and beam wins in school history. She ranks ninth in the record book for career bar wins with 10, and third in career floor wins. Means ranks No. 10 in career vault victories in the record book. Esmerian's career-best beam score (9.950) ranks tied for fourth-best in program history.

LAST TIME OUT
The No. 13 Boise State gymnastics team took down No. 17 Washington and Utah State with a score of 197.125 and a plethora of career bests. The Broncos' total score is the fourth-highest in program history and their second-best of the season. The Broncos did it all without star gymnast Remme, whose season ended with injury at Denver on Feb. 24.
Means continued her impressive campaign on vault, leading the Broncos with a 9.925 to earn her eighth-career vault victory.
The bars team tied their highest score in program history, combining for a 49.575. McGregor was awarded a perfect 10 from one of the judges to lead the Broncos with a 9.975 to take home the event title. This ties the highest individual bars score in program history and is a career best for the junior. Alexis Stokes and Emily Muhlenhaupt continued their dominance on the apparatus, both scoring 9.925s to tie for second, while Bouza crushed her previous career-best 9.850, recording a 9.900.
The Boise State beam team continued the Broncos' impressive run, posting a score of 49.425, tied for the fourth-highest beam score in program history. Esmerian performed a nearly flawless routine to set a career-best score of 9.950 and take home the event title. Isabella Amado and Bouza finished with back-to-back career-bests, with a 9.925 and a 9.900, respectively, going second and third in the event.
Amado set yet another career high on floor with a 9.850 to tie for third with teammate McGregor. Maddi Nilson also matched her career best with a 9.800. McGregor finished tied for second in the all-around, totaling a solid 39.375.

IN THE RANKINGS
The Broncos continue their top-15 reign in the national rankings at No. 11 with an NQS of 196.610. This is their longest top-15 stint since Road to Nationals began publishing rankings in 1998. In addition, both the bars (8) and beam (6) teams moved up a spot from last week and continue to reside in the top 10. Boise State has remained the both the No. 1 MRGC team and the No. 2 team in the West Region all season. BYU sits at No. 16 in the rankings with an NQS of 196.300. The Cougars are No. 2 in the MRGC and No. 4 in the North Central region.

NQS RELEASED
The NCAA has released the second round of National Qualifying Scores (NQS) which determines the weekly gymnastics rankings. Once called Regional Qualifying Score (RQS), the NQS determines which teams will advance to postseason competition. Boise State's NQS puts the Broncos at No. 11.
According to The Balance Beam Situation;

"The [NQS] is calculated by taking a team's top six scores from the season, of which at least three must have been scored on the road, removing the high score, and averaging the remaining five."

WHO TO WATCH
McGregor has had an impressive upward trajectory during her junior season. The junior recently entered the record book with her eighth-career win on bars, tied for 10th-most in a career. She has already reset her career bests on vault (9.900), beam (9.950) and bars (9.975), which ties the highest bars score in program history. McGregor is also the No. 21 all-arounder in the country with an NQS of 39.315.
Means is only two victories away from having the 10th-most vault wins in a season, which would tie Amanda Otuafi's five. She is the No. 15 vaulter in the country with a 9.885 NQS and the No. 14 beam worker in the country with an NQS of 9.885.
Finally, keep an eye on freshman Stokes. She has proven to be a strong bars competitor for the Broncos, already recording two 9.925s. Stokes has yet to score under 9.775 and looks to add more events to her repertoire as her career progresses.
