Broncos Conclude 2022 Regular-Season Schedule

MADISON, Wis. - The Boise State cross country teams competed in their final regular-season meet at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, Friday.Â
The men finished 24th in the 8k championship race, outpacing nationally-ranked Gonzaga (14th ranked), while the women placed 30th in the 6k. In the B races, the Bronco women captured a top-five finish, and the men took 13th.

- Senior Jonathan Shields paced the Broncos in the men's 8k championship race, placing 105th out of 236 runners in the field.
- Sophomore Oakley Olson placed in the top 20 in a field of 119 runners in the women's 6k B race, besting her previous personal best by 3.4 seconds.
- Boise State notched six top-50 finishes at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
- Freshmen Joe Hudson and Trent Wigod made their first appearances as Broncos.
