Four Broncos score in double figures
BOISE, Idaho – Boise State men's basketball held its fourth-straight opponent to under 60 points as it took a 77-57 victory over Oakland, Sunday afternoon at ExtraMile Arena.
The Broncos (10-2) held the Golden Grizzlies (2-10) to just 29.4% shooting (10-34) in the first half. Boise State took the lead with 10:10 remaining in the period and built upon it, scoring 11 of the final 15 points to take its largest lead of the half into the locker room, 31-24.
Boise State took control in the beginning of the second half as the Broncos outscored the Golden Grizzlies 28-14 to build a 21-point lead with under 10 to play. Oakland made just three of its last 10 field goal attempts in the final six minutes of the game as Boise State locked down its ninth-straight victory.
