Quotable
- "I think we responded really well to the circumstances at hand, which is important heading into conference play" said head coach Jim Thomas. "You have to play the cards that are dealt your way and use the solutions that are out there on the park."
- "I'm not one to just look at one game and say 'That's who we are,'" said Thomas. "One game does not make a season, but it's all a lesson and a part of your journey as to how you're going to become a champion in the end."
- Goalkeeper Genevieve Crenshaw picked up her first shutout of the season for Boise State.
- Kenzie MacMillan led the Broncos in shots (3) and was the co-leader in shots on goal with Payton McBride (2).
- Boise State is undefeated (2-0-2) in its last four matches.
- Boise State outshot Montana 13-8, and generated five corner kicks to the visitor's one.
