ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Boise State softball swept its second conference series of the season by recording a 13-0 shutout run-rule victory against New Mexico, Saturday afternoon.

The Broncos (20-11, 7-1 Mountain West) outscored the Lobos (16-24, 3-9) 40-3 in 16 innings during the series.

Taylor Caudill (9-6) fired a two-hitter to earn the shutout.

Saturday, Boise State got on the board in the first inning with a two-out RBI-single from Jordyn Hutchins.

An RBI-single from Eliyah Flores and two-run homer from Alycia Flores put Boise State up 4-0 in the top of the fourth.

In the fifth inning, Hutchins knocked a one-out, two-run homer and Ashlyn Whalen scored on a fielder's choice to give the Blue and Orange a 7-0 lead.
