RENO, Nev. – Boise State women's soccer defeated Nevada 2-0 Thursday night after an explosive second half.

Boise State (14-2-2, 7-0-2 MW) entered halftime tied 0-0 with Nevada (5-12-1, 3-5-1 MW).

Cross scored a goal early in the second half, speeding past defenders to receive a pass from Jillian Anderson. Cross fired the shot straight into the right side of the goal to take a 1-0 lead in the 48th minute.

In the 55th minute, the Broncos extended their lead to 2-0. Anderson took a free kick, placing the ball in front of the left side of the goal where Olivia Collins headed it in.

Genevieve Crenshaw notched her seventh shutout of the season, recording six saves.

Carly Cross scored her ninth goal of the season and 20th of her career.
Olivia Collins scored her second goal of the season and third of her career.

The Broncos are one of two teams left in the MW without a loss in conference play, with Colorado State being the other.
Boise State recorded its fourth-straight win. This also marks the 10th-consecutive match without a loss, taking sole possession of the second-longest streak in program history.
The Broncos collected their fifth-consecutive road match without a loss which ties for second in program history.
Boise State recorded its 23rd win over Nevada, leading the all-time series 23-2-3. The Broncos also lead the series in Reno 10-0-2.
Jillian Anderson notched a multi-assist match, marking the second Bronco to do so this season.
