WHAT'S NEXT: Boise State women's basketball will host its final two nonconference home games over the weekend. The Broncos (7-2) will take on Utah Tech on Friday, Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. MT before facing off against San Diego on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. MT. Both games will be broadcast on the Mountain West Network and 670 KBOI AM.

PARKING FOR FRIDAY: Due to conflicts with the 2024 Old Trapper MW Football Championship Game, free parking for Friday's women's basketball game will be available in Brady Garage. For fans with ADA needs, Lincoln Garage is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with complimentary shuttle service to the arena.

THE OPPONENTS: Utah Tech arrives to the Treasure Valley with a 4-5 mark on the season. The Trailblazers and Broncos have two common opponents on the season – Utah Tech lost to both Colorado and Weber State earlier this year. The Toreros are 2-4 and enter the contest on a four-game skid after winning their first two games. San Diego will take on La Sierra Thursday evening.

GULF COAST RECAP: The Broncos are coming off a fourth-place finish at the Gulf Coast Showcase in Estero, Fla. Dani Bayes converted a game-winning three-point play with 1 second remaining to push Boise State past Illinois State, 79-76, in the opening contest of the tournament. The Broncos dropped their next two contests, falling to No. 12 West Virginia, 82-47, and Butler, 70-64.

DROPPING DIMES: Fifth year point guard Mary Kay Naro eclipsed 500 career assists in the game against Butler, finishing the contest with 501. The Beaverton, Ore., native is currently second place in program history in career assists, trailing the 616 dimes recorded by Yaiza Rodriguez (2013-17). The duo are the only two players in program history to dish out over 100 assists in four consecutive seasons.

BENCH PRODUCTION: Boise State enters the weekend ranked eighth nationally in bench points, averaging 35.2 points per game from its reserves. The Broncos have recorded over 30+ bench points in six of their nine games on the season. Elodie Lalotte is a major weapon off the bench, averaging the third-most points on the team with 8.3 ppg on 56.9% shooting from the floor.

DOMINATION DOWN LOW: The Broncos have made a name for themselves in the paint. Boise State is coming off a 44-point paint performance against Butler on Sunday – the third time this season the Blue and Orange have recorded 44 points down low.
