Mykenzie Hanna put the Broncos on top with an RBI-single in the fifth and Boise State put the game away with a five-run seventh.

"We found a way to win today," head coach Justin Shults said. "I am proud of the way we continue to grow as a team and get better with each game we play."

In the seventh, Hutchins led off with a single, moved to second on a sacrifice by Ashlyn Whalen, advanced to third on wild pitch and scored on a fielder's choice on a ball off the bat of Abby Bumcrot.
