QUOTABLE
  • "We're playing (really) good," head coach Leon Rice said. "When I saw that New Mexico team, I knew they were dialed in. We were going to have to play an A game tonight to beat them and I think in a lot of ways we did. The Mountain West has some really good basketball teams and you got to see two of the best tonight."
  • "During our bye we really looked at our defense and realized we weren't where we needed to be," Tyson Degenhart said. "We really took that to heart and the last five games you've seen our defensive intensity pick up. We're hoping to continue that through the last two games of the season."
