BOISE, Idaho – Boise State beach volleyball head coach Allison Voigt received a three-year contract extension, athletic director Jeramiah Dickey announced on Wednesday.
Voigt's new contract extends her through the 2027 season. Assistant coach Alex Venardos also inked a two-year contract, keeping him on staff through 2026.
"I'm very excited to continue to play a part in this program," Voigt said. "I love everything that Jeramiah Dickey and this athletic department offers. I'm grateful to be among an amazing group of girls and staff members that make me better every single day. It's been fun to continue building a foundation for this program and I can't wait to continue adding to that."
The program's all-time wins leader, Voigt enters her seventh year as the head coach of the team with a 96-51 career record. She has led the Broncos to their highest win total in program history in three-straight seasons, accumulating 76 victories over the past three seasons.
Venardos has spent the last five seasons as an assistant coach with the Broncos. Involved in all aspects of the program, he was named to the 2023 class of the American Volleyball Coaches Association Thirty Under 30 honorees.
"I'm very grateful for Coach Voigt and Jeramiah's support," Venardos said. "I've invested a lot of time and energy into this program and I'm excited to keep growing this program to the highest level."
The duo has led the Broncos through their transition to the Southland Conference, making championship dual appearances in both seasons since joining the league prior to the 2023 season. The program made conference history last season by becoming the first team to have its entire starting lineup earn all-conference accolades.
Boise State has toppled four ranked opponents in Voigt's tenure, including two last season. The Broncos have also had a dominant homestand under Voigt, having won 15-straight home duals dating back to the 2021 season.
