BOISE, Idaho – Cindy Conner and Teryn Newkirk helped propel the Broncos to a 2-1 come-from-behind win over Fresno State, Sunday in Mountain West women's soccer action.

Boise State improved to 6-3-6 and 4-0-2 in the MW. Fresno State fell to 4-5-5 and 1-3-2 in the MW.

Fresno State struck first in the 11th minute. The Broncos did not record a shot in the first half.

Conner got Boise State on the board in the 55th minute from the right side of the box as she sent the ball into the top left corner. It was Conner's second goal of the season and fifth of her career.

Newkirk found the back of the net in the 61st minute as she collected a pass from Conner and banked a shot off the left post for the game-winner.
