BOISE, Idaho – Asia Lawyer, Sophie Schmautz, and Madie Donovan each scored a goal as Boise State defeated San Jose State 3-0, Thursday in Mountain West women's soccer action.
 
The Broncos improved to 5-3-6 and 3-0-2 MW. The Spartans fell to 1-9-3 overall and 0-2-3 in the MW.
 
Lawyer struck first for the Broncos in the 23rd minute. Kenzie MacMillan was credited with the assist.
 
Schmautz extended the Boise State lead to 2-0 in the 32nd minute. MacMillan collected her second assist of the match and 61st point of her career.
 
Donovan gave the Broncos a 3-0 edge in the 62nd minute. Cindy Conner registered the assist for her first of the season and fourth of her career.
 
Boise State held a 11-5 edge in shots and a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks.
