Boise State Receives United States Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. –  Boise State soccer was selected to receive the United States Coaches Team Academic Award.
 
Nationwide, a total of 742 teams (303 men, 439 women) posted a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Broncos recorded a GPA of 3.57.
 
This is the first time the Broncos have earned the award since the 2019 campaign. Under Jim Thomas (since 2012), this is the fifth team academic award won.
 
All-time the Blue and Orange have won the award 10 times (2004, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2024).
 
Boise State will open up the 2025 season on August 17 at Idaho State. The Broncos will begin the home slate on  August 28 against Montana. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m at Boas Soccer Complex.
 
Single-game tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday, August 7. Fans can purchase tickets using Ticketmaster on broncosports.com.
