Two Broncos Earn Top-10 Finishes at Molly Collegiate Invitational

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Boise State women's golfers Leia Chung and Macee Greenwood earned top-10 finishes at the Molly Collegiate Invitational on Tuesday, leading the Broncos to a second-place team finish, two strokes shy of first place.
 
Chung placed tied for seventh, while Greenwood finished ninth individually, with 54-hole scores of 219 (+3) and 220 (+4), respectively. The result marked Chung's eighth career top-10 finish, tying her for fourth in program history. Greenwood's performance earned her the first top-10 finish of her career. Teal Matsueda and Jillian Hui finished close behind, tying for 15th and 18th.
 
Individually, Annie Buffolino fired a 68 (-4) in the first round, setting her new career-low score, which helped propel her to a tie for 15th. Callia Ward also went under par in the opening round, carding a 70 (-2) and tying for 18th.
