Cox played in five matches as a true freshman for Cal Baptist before suffering a season-ending injury. She was a CIF San Diego Section All-Star as a prep senior at Academy of Our Lady of Peace.
Â
Hansen redshirted at SMU in 2025. At Palmer Ridge High School, she recorded over 1,000 kills in her career and helped lead her team to a state championship as a junior.
