BOISE, Idaho – Boise State defeated Denver 5-2 at Boas Indoor Tennis Center on Sunday afternoon.

Boise State secured the doubles point to take an early 1-0 lead. Stewart Aronson and Filip Soderqvist earned the first win on court three, defeating Aaron Beduhn and Connor Robb-Wilcox, 6-2. Carson Baker and Avery Tallakson clinched the doubles point for the Broncos with a 6-1 victory over Theo Coats and Raffaello Papajcik.

Papajcik tied the match at 1-1 for Denver with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Tallakson on court one. Soderqvist put the Broncos back in front, posting a 5-7, 7-6 (0), 6-3 victory against Samuel Rovai at No. 2. Baker followed with a win on court four, defeating Ryoma Mishiro 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. Lukas Velik clinched the team victory for Boise State with a 6-7 (3), 6-3, 6-1 win over Robb-Wilcox on court five.
