BOISE, Idaho – Landon Helms and Kaiya Robertson will travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas, to compete in the 2026 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 13-14.

Helms will represent the Blue and Orange in the heptathlon, becoming the first Bronco to compete in the event at indoor nationals since 2012, when Kurt Felix recorded a did not finish (DNF). Helms will look to become the first Boise State finisher in the heptathlon at the championships since Felix placed 11th in 2011. Robertson is set to compete in the mile and owns a season-best time of 4:24.51, the sixth-fastest mark in the nation. She is the first female Bronco to compete at the meet since 2023 and the first to qualify in the mile since 2019. That year, Alexis Fuller finished ninth and earned second-team All-America honors. Prior to Fuller, no Boise State woman had competed in the event since 1996.
