During the indoor season, Boise State claimed two Mountain West individual titles. The first came in the heptathlon, where Idaho native Landon Helms became the first Bronco since 2012 to win the conference title in the event. In the outdoor season, Boise State added two additional individual conference championships, including another from Helms. He captured the decathlon title, earning qualification to the NCAA Championships. Robertson also claimed gold in the 1,500 meters.
