2014-15: OUTDOOR – Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational and ran a 8:46.48…took part in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (3:44.61) and at the Border Clash (3:50.27) for 14th and first place, respectively.

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY - Raced in five meets...led the Broncos at the Bill Dellinger Invite, placing fifth...ran an 8K best of 24:16.29 to placed 56th at the Pre-Nationals...16th at the Mountain West (MW) Championships...14th at the NCAA Regionals (29:59, 10K)...14th at the Utah Open...USTFCCCA All-Region honoree…INDOOR – began the season by taking first place at the Jacksons Invite in the mile with a 4:06.98, a new-career best time…took ninth at the UW Invite in the 3,000m and ran a career-best time for the second-consecutive week (8:06.89)…placed 23rd at the Husky Classic in the 5,000m Invite race, recorded another career-best time for the third week in-a-row…ran in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the MW Indoor Championships…took 16th in the 3,000m (8:56.02) and 13th in the 5,000m (15:55.61)…OUTDOOR – raced exclusively in the 3,000m steeplechase…top-20 in the national rankings of the 3,000m steeplechase all season with a 8:47.56 at the Stanford Invite (ranked as high as No. 14)…qualified for the West Preliminaries in the 3,000m steeplechase…ran in the 1,500m at the Azusa Invitational and placed 54th out of 124 competitors (3:54.07)…ran a 9:02.36 at the Payton Jordan Invitational, took 14th…placed ninth at the MW Championships (9:47.51a)…took 26th at the West Preliminaries (9:02.61).

2011-12: CROSS COUNTRY - Raced in five meets...sixth at the Roger Curran 6K (19:17.63)...15th at the MW Championship 8K (25:46.9)...58th at the NCAA West Regional 10K (30:43)...best 8K came at the Santa Clara Invite (25:04.7), placing 42nd...INDOOR - Raced in five meets varying from the 800m, Mile and 3000m...ran a best of 1:56.14 in the Jacksons Invite 800m to place third...clocked a 4:14.70 time in the Mile to place ninth at the MW Championships...won the Boise State Team Challenge Mile (4:14.82)...ran a best of 8:31.52 in the 3000m at the Jacksons Invite...was 13th in the MW 3000m (8:34.88)...OUTDOOR - Raced the 3000m steeplechase and 5000m...won the steeplechase at the WAR V meet (9:17.31) and the Mt. 2010-11: CROSS COUNTRY - Highest season finish was ninth at the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Championships (8K, 25:17) earning him All-WAC Second-Team honors...93rd in the NCAA Regional 10K (31:41.94)...18th at the Coyote Invite 8K (26:43.80)...ran 24:44.0 in the Santa Clara Invite 8K to place 32nd...78th in the Roy Griak Invite 8K (26:00)...INDOOR - Raced at the Mile, 3000m and 5000m distances...ran the Mile in 4:27.80 to place eighth at the Jacksons Invite...12th at WAC in the 3000m (8:53.73)...sixth in the WAC 5000m with a time of 15:04.92...ran the 5000m in 14:51.96...All-WAC Second-Team in the 5000m...OUTDOOR - Ran the 3000m steeplechase five times and the 3000m once...placed as high as fourth in the steeplechase at the All-Idaho Cup...ran 9:26.26 in the steeplechase at the Mt.
