Broncos Sweep Yotes

Boise State women's tennis team swept the College of Idaho 7-0 on Friday evening in Boise.
The Broncos came out swinging in doubles as they won all three courts to steal the doubles point and head into singles with the 1-0 lead for the fourth-straight match.
In singles the Broncos showed the same dominance they have during their current three-match win streak.
Freshman Sydnie Binder started things off at the No. 5 position with a 6-1, 6-0 win to extend the Bronco lead to 2-0. Fellow freshman Emily Strande earned her third singles victory with a 6-0, 6-0 win on court four and put the Broncos one point away from clinching the match.
On court six, freshman Corey Patton Lossner was competing in her first collegiate singles match, and with the overall score sitting at 3-0, she delivered the match-clinching point with a 6-0, 6-0 win.
"I felt very on top of my game and felt very confident in myself and in my team," Patton Lossner said. "It was a lot of fun to go out there and compete and fight for the Broncos."
At the No. 2 position, Vanessa Timm delivered a stellar performance that saw her win 6-0, 6-1 and Wiktoria Nosek followed suit on court three winning 6-1, 6-0. With the match having already been decided, junior Lilian Poling earned her first victory at the No. 1 slot on the season to put the icing on the cake for the Blue and Orange.
The Broncos will pick up play again tomorrow with a matchup against Eastern Washington at 5 p.m. at Boas Indoor Tennis Center.
