WHAT IS HAPPENING

The Boise State women's tennis team heads to Pocatello, Idaho, for the Idaho State Fall Invitational this Friday through Sunday. This will be the first taste of tennis on the road for the Broncos this season who are fresh off of hosting the Barb Chandler Classic last weekend in Boise.

REPRESENTING THE BRONCOS

Eight Broncos will travel to compete this weekend in Pocatello. Senior Lilian Poling will play in her first tournament of the year for Boise State after competing at an ITF Tournament in Lubbock, Texas, last weekend.

Sophomore Frankie Trella will look to build off of a great opening weekend in which she collected two straight-set singles victories.

Redshirt-freshman Camryn Moortgat also had herself a two-win weekend in her Bronco debut. She will be joined by fellow freshmen Joana Baptista, Ana Conde Vendrell and Mae McCutcheon at this weekend's tournament.

Corey Patton Lossner and Vanessa Timm will round out the field for the Broncos, with Timm looking to build off of a weekend that saw her gather two wins in singles and three in doubles alongside Conde Vendrell.

TOURNAMENT FIELD AND FORMAT

The five-team field will have a lot of familiar faces from the Barb Chandler Classic. The Broncos will compete against opponents from Idaho State, Montana, Utah State and Weber State. The tournament format will be made up of one doubles draw and two singles draws.

TIME & LOCATION

Weather permitting, the matches will be held at Cappel Park in Chubbuck, Idaho. Friday's forecast has shown rain throughout the area, and if that holds the matches will be moved to Reed Gym. Play will begin on Friday at 12 p.m. (MT) and will start at 9 a.m. (MT) on Saturday and Sunday.
