ABOUT SAN DIEGO STATE: The Aztecs will be playing their first game in two weeks after postponing the last three contests postponed due to COVID-19 related concerns within the San Diego State program. In its last game, San Diego State handed Colorado State its first loss of the year, 79-49, and improved its own record to 10-3 overall and 2-0 in Mountain West play. The Aztecs rank sixth nationally in defensive field goal percentage, holding opponents to 37.2 percent from the floor.

SERIES HISTORY: San Diego State leads the all-time series 17-7, including an 8-2 advantage in San Diego. Eight of the 10 meetings at Viejas Arena have been decided by single digits or overtime. The Aztecs swept the season series last year, played in San Diego, to displace the Broncos from the top of the Mountain West standings in late February.

11 IN A ROW: Boise State enters Saturday's contest riding an 11-game winning streak. It is the second-longest win streak in program history, trailing only last season's 13-game streak. Boise State's 11-game winning streak is the third-longest active win streak in the country.

CRASH THE GLASS: Boise State has outrebounded 15 of its 18 opponents this season, including 14 of the last 15. During the Broncos' 11-game win streak, they have posted an average rebound margin of plus-11.2. San Diego State has been outrebounded in each of its three losses, the only three games the Aztecs have been outrebounded this season. The Broncos average a Mountain West-leading 12.1 offensive rebounds per game, while San Diego State allows 10.6.

NOT IN HERE: Mladen Armus leads Boise State with 20 blocked shots this season, matching his total from last year. Armus is the first Bronco to block at least 20 shots in consecutive seasons since James Webb III (2014-15 and 2015-16).
