Broncos Strike Early, Beat Ducks 3-1

Boise State women's soccer picked up its first road win of the season in 3-1 fashion Sunday afternoon, taking down Oregon in Eugene.

EUGENE, Ore. – Boise State women's soccer picked up its first road win of the season in 3-1 fashion Sunday afternoon, taking down Pac-12 Oregon in Eugene.
  
The Broncos (2-2-1) did the majority of their work early, scoring two goals in the first half of play. Freshman Hayden Wilsey got off to a hot start, opening the scoring in the second minute on a goal that was assisted by Abby Bivens and Ashly Berge. A little over 15 minutes passed before Morgan Stone doubled the Bronco lead, scoring in the 18th minute to claim her third goal of the season.
 
Oregon (1-1-3) responded in the second half as Jordan Snyder scored to halve the Boise State advantage in the 63rd minute. Kenzie MacMillan chipped in with her first goal of the season on assists from Dorian Goodwin and Carly Cross to give the Broncos some insurance in the late stages of the match.
