WHAT'S NEXT: Boise State men's basketball hosts Cal State Fullerton with a chance to set the program record for consecutive wins at home, Sunday at ExtraMile Arena. The Broncos look to move to 8-3 on the season with tipoff at 2 p.m. MT. The game will be carried on KTVB's 7.2 network and the station's digital platforms, as well as streamed on the Mountain West Network. The game will be available on KBOI 670AM on the radio as well.
LAST TIME OUT: The Broncos had five players score in double figures and ended the game on a 17-3 run over the last 6:19 to defeat Northwestern State, 95-54. It is the second 40-point victory for Boise State this season as the efficient offense shot 59.7% with 19 assists.
CLIMBING THE NET: On Dec. 6 Boise State ranked No. 131 in the NET. Since then it has climbed 50 spots up to No. 81. The Broncos are one of three Mountain West teams with five Quad 1 and Quad 2 games on their resume – and along with Purdue they are the only team in the top six of average opponent NET ranking to have a winning record.
WE'VE GOT HISTORY: Sunday's game is a reunion between the Broncos and Titans who were former Big West rivals. Boise State went 6-2 against Cal State Fullerton when the two were in the Big West from 1996-2001. Boise State left the conference for the WAC ahead of the 2001-02 season.
